Choice-Based Art via the Job Request Board
The Job Request Board or "Quest Board" is the way that students select which projects, "jobs", they would like to work on during the course of their Artventure. Most of the Projects on the Job Request Board are all designed and phrased like a client would talk to a real artist or designer hiring the student for a commission or freelance work; in this way students are not just making art but learning how to communicate, solve relevant problems, and take risks in a business-like setting. The other half of the Job Request Board lets students submit their own artistic ideas and see if they can get "funded" (approved by the teacher) to create their own artwork. The Job Request Board is completely self-directed, allowing students to choose whichever job most peaks their interest, or submit their own job should they find nothing that interest them.
Every job has a level requirement that the student must obtain before they can take on that job, and as student's Level Up they are able to take on more challenging and lucrative jobs. Grades are neither a primary feature or focus of the Job Request Board currently wages earned from

Jobs and the Classroom Economy
Wages earned from Jobs are the primary source of a student's "total monthly income" within the Classroom Economy, in addition to a student "monthly salary" from their profession, and any bonuses that they have earned.
